Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, verify the validity of input invoices, collect, process, and store arising documents daily/monthly/quarterly;
- Issue output invoices;
- Monitor accounting books and debts;
- Monitor tax debts, VAT, CIT, PIT, and other tax reports;
- Calculate salaries, salary deductions, and allocate expenses (tax);
- Maintain accounting books and prepare financial statements;
- Register PIT for employees and dependents;
- Prepare related reports;
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Education: College degree or higher in Accounting or Auditing;
- Experience: 1 year or more;
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English;
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage;
- Proficient in computer skills and specialized accounting software;
- Quick, careful, honest, and highly disciplined;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Priority given to candidates with internal accounting experience.
