On July 11, 2024, representatives from WEBDEMO Law Firm held a talk at Ho Chi Minh City Open University focusing on Legal<\/strong> Investment.<\/strong> The session attracted significant interest from students, particularly those specializing in legal studies.<\/p>\n

Foreign investment is a strong point for WEBDEMO, and with practical experiences in supporting investors in the Vietnamese market, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Managing Partner, and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Hong Anh, Junior Associate, shared insights on investment, local policies, and important considerations for both direct and indirect foreign investments in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

WEBDEMO guided the students through a practice session using a sample dossier and provided instructions on how to search for business sectors according to WTO commitments. Additionally, they updated the latest changes in legal policies and shared practical experiences in handling dossiers to help students keep abreast of timely information and better prepare for future legal practice in investment.<\/p>\n

The students also had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions directly with WEBDEMO representatives. Many interesting questions revolved around resolving issues that arise during dossier preparation or submission, and practical experiences from handling client cases.<\/p>\n

It is hoped that the knowledge and practical experiences shared by the WEBDEMO representatives will be invaluable to the students as they prepare for their future careers.<\/p>\n
